This place is brand new and amazing. The hot tubs and sauna that overlook the glacier are definitely the highlight. The hotel's restaurant is great and offers amazing food made with local ingredients. Also their signature cocktails were delicious.

The property was so nice. A great location! I wish we could’ve stayed 2 days there. I think there are lots of interesting hikes thru forests. We only had time to see a nearby waterfall. We saw northern light from the outdoor hot tubs.

Not exactly in the center of Akureyri but a very short 5-7 min drive which was great. We could park right outside the room and bring in our luggages through the terrace door. Great location for spotting the Northern Lights.
