Extremely(!) friendly receptionists in the lobby, never been treated better by a hotel. The hotel gives me very trustworthy feel, everyone is of great character I met. They gave me an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! 😍The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, modern, and included a bidet. I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.

This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. great location to visit the leaning tower, approx 10 min walk. The hotel is very accessible by car and has a number of free parking spots outside the door that was a nice bonus. Reception was super helpful and helpful with advice on tickets to visit tower and info on surrounding area. Room very modern and super clean although the hotel is only 3 star, the rooms are 5 star!
