The Hotel looks fairly new or renovated. All the staff from reception to the gentleman who prepares breakfast are wonderful. Special mention to Sam for his kindness. Lots of restaurants around.

Situated in Wadi Musa, within 1.3 km of Petra and 3.8 km of Al Khazneh The Treasury, Petra Premium Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stood out — especially for a 3-star hotel. What was extraordinary was the cleanness. From the moment you walk in until you leave, everything is spotless — absolutely pristine. The cleanliness here surpasses even what I’ve experienced in some 4-star and even 5-star hotels in other countries. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. They even offered a welcoming drink at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The furniture was modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything looked new and cared for. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Another plus: free parking and a complimentary mini bar (we didn’t use it, but it’s a generous gesture). These small things add up to a big difference. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. For a 3-star rating, they offer 4-star (and at times even 5-star) quality in terms of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Truly a wonderful experience!

Fabulous, friendly and attentive staff, who really helped us when my husband lost his phone. Fabulous breakfast buffet - the best I’ve ever seen with everything imaginable from chocolate fountain to sushi. Spacious, luxurious room.

Set in Amman, 2.7 km from Temple of Hercules and the Roman Corinthian Column, Kaya Hotel Amman offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

This was my second stay at the hotel - and I've already booked the third. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are super comfy. Breakfasts are good, and there's an incredible Italian restaurant downstairs for any other meals. But still, the best thing about the hotel is the staff - everyone is extremely nice and helpful :) Looking forward to my next visit.

Located in Wadi Musa, a few steps from Petra, Petra Moon Luxury Hotel provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. The location of Petra Moon Luxury was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it.
