I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Baity Boutique Hotel, and I must say, it was truly a delightful experience. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff, particularly Sapa and Amjad from the kitchen and bar, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, I must mention the outstanding service provided at the front office. The staff members in charge were out of this world. They were incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the hotel and its services. They effortlessly handled any requests I had and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Situated in Wadi Musa, within 1.3 km of Petra and 3.8 km of Al Khazneh The Treasury, Petra Premium Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... To begin with, we were so happy having decided to stay 3 days in this particular hotel in Petra. In 35 years of travelling we have met very few attentive owners (Ahmad and Mohammad here) of the hotel who got out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel owners even felt responsible for their guests' problems unrelated to the hotel. We had a rental with a dead key fob battery and the first thing we did when we entered the hotel was to ask where we could buy a new battery. The owner Ahmad asked us not to bother and have a rest. He bought the battery himself and refused to take the money. Each time we met one of the owners or a staff member Mahmoud we were asked if we needed something, if everything was fine. The hotel has an underground parking with the lift to upper floors. Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, spotless, with a fridge and a kettle and complimentary water. The breakfast was varied, very tasty buns (especially the ones with cinnamon). We found the location excellent for our needs. A five minute drive to Petra visitor centre, a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants , a 3 minute walk to the bakery (try kullaj -flaky pastry). Should we decide to visit Petra again, we will undoubtedly stay in the same hotel.

This was a great hotel stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. At the restaurant we were served our own delicious tray of traditional mansaf, special thank you to Hala and her amazing service as well as the rest of the staff! They also provide tours around Amman and Jordan which allowed us to see the sights with our own personal driver, allowing us to see everything so much more smoothly than on our own including the Dead Sea, Petra, Ajloun, and Jerash to name a few. Ibrahim was our driver and he was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern which made our stay relaxing and comfortable after kind days of exploring. Can not fault anything about the hotel or the staff and will definitely be back here again

Set in Aqaba, 3.9 km from Tala Bay Aqaba, Luxotel Aqaba Beach Resort & Spa Only 15 years plus offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach... First of all we felt very welcome. The staff (reception, restaurant, pool) was extremely attentive, the service was like in 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and super super clean (well done housekeeping 10/10!) Food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!
