The staff is awesome, Khaled was amazing and the gentleman that was working the night shift at the reception the day of our arrival made such a great impression and truly went far and beyond to accommodate our stay. The staff of the restaurant also went far and beyond. The customer service and kindness was beyond amazing!

The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short drive from the entrance to the ancient city of Petra, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this world wonder. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the tranquil and beautifully designed rooms was a true delight. The attention to detail in the room decor and the cleanliness was top-notch.
