I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are new and shiny, decorated with traditional patterns, quiet at night. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and welcoming, they really helped us a lot during our stay, especially with bus tickets from KG to KZ. The breakfast is quite good, you can load yourself with 120-150 g of protein if you like, or have a delicious pastry for a cheat meal. The guests were mostly foreigners (non-CIS).

Set in Bishkek, Akjola Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. It was very quiet, nicely decorated, fully equipped, delicious breakfast and with really good customer service. Jazgul in the customer service, made sure I’m very comfortable and took the time to explain to me all the services and answers all my questions. I never felt that welcome anywhere else. Thanks 🙏
