Very well thought out... They thought of everything for the comfort of their guests to the last detail, even the mosquito spray as people walk out.
Even have us free airport transfer in mercedes limo... Will definitely go back there, no hesitation.

This hotel is wonderful in every possible way.
The location, something i don ´t think is stressed enough in other reviews, is better than perfect. The hotel is in the very center of Siem Reap. However is located within a big green space without cars where you can find a beautiful temple that adds a lot of magic to the stay.
The rooms are beautiful and quality materiales have been used everywhere. The quality of the linens, towels and amenities would not be out of place in a luxury hotel. Rooms are also very silent.
The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. You can basically rely on them for any service you may need while in Siem Reap. I have never encountered a hotel staff so willing to go the extra mile.

As a solo traveler, they made me feel safe, even before arriving, thank you Thea for your advices so I could manage my arrival. John at the frontdesk for helping arranging some tours and always having a great attitude, willing to help. The restaurant staff: food was delicious and the attention, too. On my last day I booked a massage and it was simply amazing!!
Thank you all for making this part of trip so special. Definetly if I ever have the chance to, I will stay again at this hotel.

This hotel is 100% managed by locals who warmly welcome customers like family whilst still offering high standard hospitality services. They also put a great effort into making the whole place as sustainable as possible by giving customers reusable water bottle the time of their stay for instance.
In other words, this hotel is uniquely green for the country and its staff genuinely kind.
I particularly loved how the whole place was elegantly decorated starting with the entrance garden.

I can easily say that I have never experienced this hospitality before ( and I have been travelling in SEA for decades). This family is absolutely amazing. Their care, their little surprises, the fantastic help in logistics, everything was over the top! The room was nice, very very clean, super comfty, and well equiped. The bed was also very comfty. The neighborhood is calm, but it is still in a walking distance from the city. The breakfast was excellent, they serve fruits from their own farm! I can highly recomment this hotel for everyone and I hope to return soon.

This was a wonderful, quiet hotel resort just outside of Siem Reap. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The common areas were inviting, and the pool refreshing, especially after spending the morning/afternoon exploring Angkor Wat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and considerate. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by 1 more night, just to enjoy everything. We highly recommend it!
