I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location, staff very friendly and accommodating, great value

It was a short stay but very pleasurable! From the welcome to the ladies at Reception (sorry I forgot their names), the Spa team, beautiful gardens and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, organized and well trained the team was. They took very good care of us even for such a quick visit and the food was yummy. They were even able to provide an extra room last minute without a long waiting time. I wish we had more time to spend by the pool and just relax. They even packed breakfast for us for an early morning trip to Angkor Wat which was perfect. Highly recommended!

All the reviews don't lie. The owner went above and beyond to ensure my and the other guests' stay is amazing. He made me feel extremely welcome and accommodated all the random requests I had. The property is a 10-minute walk to Pub Street in a quiet little street.

The place I hope I will be back again! Great accomodations on the way to Anghor. I stayed only for 2 nights but really enjoyed it. The National Museum is just in 5 minutes from hotel. Using a hotels tuk Tuk service I could easily get to the city centre (Market, Pub Street, caffes) in the same 5 minutes. The room was perfect, clean and new. Also you could experience three swimming pools and a nice restaraunt (they have their own products from farm) for a good price. Stuff was the best part! The kindest people who always support you during the whole stay. Besides doing their job perfectly, they even can inspire you, make you day and tell you more about Cambodia, because the Community is not only a slogan. Salute to Billy and the other beautiful and wonderful People by the Community!

Thanks to this hotel, our time in Siem Reap was even more wonderful. Bliss Angkor, situated on a quiet street in Siem Reap, features a casual yet excellent restaurant where we enjoyed several meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel staff were exceptionally dedicated, always smiling, and attentive to all our needs. They thoughtfully provided takeaway breakfasts not only for our early 5 AM departure to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat but on the early morning we left for our next destination. We stayed in the four-story Private 2-Bedroom Villa, a standalone structure within the property. While there were a few minor issues—such as a slightly awkward old-style door lock, low water pressure in the shower, and minimal amenities—the villa itself was a fantastic space. Its separation from the other rooms, the pool, and the restaurant allowed us complete privacy. The villa also had a well-equipped kitchen, which we sadly couldn’t take advantage of due to our short stay. However, the washing machine was incredibly convenient, allowing us to pack lightly for the trip. The pool was just the right size, and the other guests were calm and respectful, contributing to a tranquil atmosphere. At night, the frequent patrols by the security guard gave us added peace of mind. When we revisit Siem Reap, we’ll definitely stay at the wonderful Bliss Angkor.

I stayed here alone for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the location was great for accessing other major places, and the surrounding area was quiet, allowing me to relax comfortably. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. During my stay, they even brought me homemade desserts and fresh fruit, which made me feel the warmth of Battambang. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the room was very clean. This is truly the best place to stay in Battambang. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

We've just spent 11 days exploring Siem Reap from the wonderful Nature hotel! This place was so lovely to stay in with incredible , friendly & warm service from all of the staff, but especially Mr Yin, Mr Run, Mr Joseph & our driver Mr Sok Cheat. Between them they managed all of our amazing tours and transport, very yummy meals and drinks, all at a very reasonable price and a huge amount of care. Our poolside room was wonderful and the pool our favourite yet! We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to return - they filled our stay with many positive experiences 😊💖

I was particularly impressed by Ms. Sreykeo Heng, the head receptionist. Her understanding, compassionate care, and dedicated attention were the warmest interaction I've ever experienced with a hotel employee.
