I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

Everything! The hotel is very well maintained, beautiful! After sunsets, with the candle lights, the place has a delightful charm. The rooms are big, cosy, and a great balcony. The pool is awesome. And the staff are incredibly helpful.

Heng was the best host I have ever seen in my life, he made me feel at home, he is the best, always attentive and attentive, and helped me with my queries.

Lovely hotel with fantastic, helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, easy to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks very classy and yet the price is affordable. The room is big and very clean. The location is very much within walking distance to the city center. It really a good value for money. The hotel gave restaurant that will server guests not just for breakfast but also lunch and dinner after exhausting and wonderful tour in Siem Riep. Another factor I would like to mention is that the hotel staff were very accommodating as our check out time is at 12nn but later I extended until 8pm as our flight is at 10pm and they extended our stay. Muni R&S is a family run place and everybody did their outmost to make us feel welcome and loved. This hotel is the place to go to if you want to know why family run places in general are better than big hotels, because this is an example of a family hotel when it's at its best. We were extremely well taken care of and looked after during our stay.

Best place I have stayed at for a long time!! No doubts about that. The food is not good… the only thing. 10/10 stay

Very nice rooms, wonderful pool, perfect service

We booked a private bungalow so it was very peaceful. They arranged our tour of the temples. The staff were so nice they would bring us juice, fruit & cookies each day when we arrived back from a long day touring the temples. They also gave us a leaving gift & a cake the night before we left! They were so kind & we really enjoyed our stay there.
