Exceptionally good breakfast and outstanding restaurant staff made every morning a treat. Special thanks to all the breakfast hosts for their meticulous work. Very helpful reception staff always there and willing to help. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to all those who want to visit Shymkent. Taxi and bus services are only minutes away.

Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.
