All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious, the location is great, the room view is amazing. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in Astana, especially the receptionist and Buttler. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service. The are restaurants and bars, where you can have a nice dinner or drinks. Also, you can fully relax in the Iridium spa, where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with a city view, a hammam, a sauna, a massage, etc.

Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

Situated in Astana, 3 km from Bayterek Monument, The Veil Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa and wellness centre. The hotel is really fascinating (like the name and the shape of it) the rooms are very big, clean, comfortable especially the bed and the bedlinen 👌 you have everything in the room: water, cafe, tea, some welcome chocolate. The breakfast is absolute superb: you can choose a'la carte from a wide range of foods and each of them are very delciousous - hard to choose. There is 3 different restaurant: we tried all of them and were very satisfied: steak, italian and asian. The spa is really good.
