We were very pleased with our stay at 365 urbanliving, from the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and attentive, the overall atmosphere was very inviting. the room was very comfortable, cozy, and well equipped. We also loved the fresh Lebanese breakfast that was served. Another thing that we liked is that they had a good quality espresso pods for the coffee machine. The place is around a 10 minutes walk from the center.

The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. La Maison Des Cedres is something special. It has been built as a labour of love and is beautifully designed. From the moment you arrive - you feel like you're in a special place. The location is nothing short of spectacular and the surrounding scenery is simply amazing. The rooms and entire hotel is designed and furnished exquisitely and we had a wonderful stay. Although it was cold outside - our rooms were cosy and warm. The bar and restaurant area is warm and classy with a beautiful fireplace and view across the nearby mountains. Petro the manager is one of the most friendly people and looked after us with great care. He went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even went in his car to pick up some food from a nearby restaurant for us. We loved every minute of the stay and posted loads of pictures on Instagram and facebook! A memorable experience that we will not forget!

Throughout our stay, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident, especially the attentive F&B team, Tony, Marianne & Jimmy who ensured our dining experience was exceptional. A highlight was the sweet gesture of the kunafa crepe, a delightful treat😋.The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the room was both comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view. They have an amazing heated pool, steam room and sauna, perfect in the rainy cold weather... Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

What a beautiful BEAUTIFUL place! A haven in nature right below the cedars in what is probably the most beautiful part of the Chouf The panorama of the mountain from the exquisite colourful garden is gorgeous, the interior design is so elegant and funky, a rarity in hotels at this price range. The spa was a great addition compared to last year (cold plunge, sauna, etc...). People working here are SO nice... So genuine... I was really impressed again! Will come back this summer with the kids and use Al Fundok as a base to explore the region with them

perfect ! breakfast is so delicious. just small minus is that you need to wait for your food. it’s was just once open buffet. there is stunning view on swim pool area and from a room. stuff is so friendly, helpful, well-trained and cool. service is so fast with any inquiries. water, fruits, food, any extras … they delivered in 3-5 mins. wow !
