Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. Hotel Lost is a beautifully well-maintained cosy hotel smack in the middle of Gemmayze - everything was impeccable. Very clean, great service, great breakfast and coffee, and convenient! We especially want to thank Anthony, for being responsive and helpful throughout our stay - including from the first day arranging a cab for us when we were stuck at the airport (!) Elie, who served us most mornings, was also great. He was friendly, and always helped us out without us having to wait much at all. Their cleaning ladies and Lost cafe staff were professional and friendly too. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beirut!

The location is fantastic, near all Jbail markets, good restaurants, 10 minutes walking to Jbail old Souq, the staff and management are very very helpful, friendly and efficient (you feel like you are in your home) the hotel is super clean, this hotel became my only target if I visited Jbail again.
