Everything is clean and neat, but above all, the staff are all courteous, professional, and very helpful. From any person at the reception desk, to the bellboys and cleaning staff, they were all very helpful and ready to accommodate any request. When everyone is professional and helpful, it must be trickling down from the management. It is really impressive.

Beautiful pool, Art everywhere, perfect location in the center but in a quiet little street a little 'hidden'. Would loooove to visit again! 11/10! TIP* If you are there... you should def. look for the little pet they have hidden in the garden, he's very cute and social.

Heaven Prestige Hotel có hồ bơi ngoài trời theo mùa, trung tâm thể dục, phòng chờ chung và sân hiên ở Jounieh. Absolutely everything! The manager Dimitri made everything he could to make our stay comfortable, also the girls at the Receptions. The room was spacious, amazing view, great infrastructure and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend this hotel!
