This French colonial estate house in Soufriere, St Lucia, is situated on a fully operating, 135-acre cocoa plantation. Staff were incredible (Reception, thanks to Jenny I think her name was, who brought me some fresh Aloe in for my sunburn), the bar staff were very hard working, friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Breakfast was very good variety in the morning and sometimes mix things up. Enjoyed the on site chocolate making tour, exploring the Cocoa Plants on site and making your very own chocolate bar. The Restaurant on site was perfectly fine, but may get bored after 2+ dinners. Also has it's own hike to see the Piton's or you can go just around the Corner to do the Tet Paul - Both are equally as good.

Set 1000 feet above the Caribbean Sea, with breathtaking views of Saint Lucia’s Piton Mountains, Rabot Hotel From Hotel Chocolat is a space where the sounds of nature replace the noise of day-to-day... We loved this hotel! What stood out for us was the food! The breakfast is to die for. The staff was also lovely.

Might be the best view on the island. Close to a lot of restaurants, you never feel unsafe here. Great for first timers to st Lucia. You can work easily here too if you’re traveling and working.

Front desk and restaurant staff all accommodating and delightful.

Looked like I was in a magazine. The rooms are stunning too, can’t go wrong with any of them. The bar is great. The food is great. The owner we met is great. All staff is great. The spa has wonderful workers we did a couples massage and I felt the TLC they put in to make you rejuvenated

Set in Gros Islet, 400 metres from Reduit Beach, Sol Sanctum - Boutique Wellness Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Located short walk from the beach, very quiet (as opposed to the beachfront hotels), great vegan breakfast (made me think about becoming vegan myself). Friendly staff, taxi service to most destinations.
