I did not book this hotel in the past, just because it is close to the airport, but we could not hear any noise at all. We loved they have a breakfast for very early travelers, nothing special, but better than nothing, the most important for me was coffee :) and cereal for our child.

Roze Villa is situated by the seaside park in a historic area of Liepaja, about 300 metres from the Baltic Sea in a building from 1896. It offers elegant accommodation with stylish furniture. Very friendly staff. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Location- best. Recommend for sure.
