Lucky luxury camp gave us more than a stay it gave us a story to tell forever thank you for making our group feel at home in the heart of the desert

It was all very, very wonderful. Every member of the staff is incredibly welcoming and will do their best to fulfill any request. In this camp, I had the most welcoming experience. Breakfast is created using real ingredients and is fairly varied. I can claim that my two weeks in Morocco were best spent at Merzouga. Without a doubt, I will return the following winter.

We had the most peaceful and wonderful time in Marie’s and Hamid’s care! They prepared the most beautiful dinners and we spent one evening chatting. The setting was quiet amongst the palm trees, the birds were singing and the stars were amazingly bright. It was heaven.

Desert Villa Boutique Hotel Merzouga is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we highly recommend to book with them. Youssef, Amar and the rest of the staff were incredible and made our stay one to never forget. The hotel is beautiful with so many incredible details, it’s like stepping into one big piece of art. The view from the room and the rooftop terrace is incredible, the delicious breakfast is of the highest level and the room was super clean (plus the shower is amazing). The location is perfect and the area felt very safe. If you just want to chill out then you have a wonderful pool area. if you are looking for activities then Youssef has you covered as well: he will get you camel rides, quads, guided hikes, etc. for a very fair price. If you need to do remote work (which we had as well for a day) then the WiFi is fast and reliable. This hotel just has everything you need for an unforgettable time. But most of all, the warm welcome and sincere smiles is what make this place magical. We felt at home and truly cared for. We will absolutely come back.

We reached at Merzouga around 4:30 pm. The camels were ready to take us. They have another hotel here, where guests can take rest. It’s nice. However our camel took 1.5 hrs to reach the camp. On the way to camp we enjoyed the magnificent Sunset. They served the dinner at 7:30 pm. Food was truly amazing and delicious. After the dinner the campfire started. The Moroccan culture and the songs were so soothing. After the night no one should miss the splendid Sunrise. We checkout after the mouth watering breakfast.

My stay at the this Camp was a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming, the tents were comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset over the dunes and enjoying traditional food by the fire made the visit truly special. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the desert

The highlight of our Moroccan journey was the one night we reserved at Merzouga Desert Camp. The personnel is excellent, and the breakfast and dinner are amazing . Among the things we reserved was a one-hour quad bike ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Without a doubt, we will also suggest this camping trip. The quad excursion was worthwhile. Thank you 🙏

One of the most beautiful experiences l've had. I've sailed the world as a sailor for many years and this experience was unique unto itself. The trek hosts were incredible and authentically kind. Gorgeous opportunity for photography! Sleeping in the desert was amazing, our tent was luxurious and felt as if I was a million miles from everywhere else. Absolutely planning on returning. Great people, the camels were gentle and exquisitely taken care of.

Location of the property almost calling the beauty of the Sahara dunes. at foot step. Dinner and breakfast were truly amazing and care provided by Abdo was beyond expectation. Full heartedly recommend this place. We regret for having stayed only for one night

A Dream Stay at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp! I recently had the most unforgettable experience at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp in Merzouga, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional—the staff welcomed us like family, offering traditional Moroccan tea as we took in the breathtaking views of the golden dunes. The tents were pure luxury—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end retreat. Waking up to the sunrise over the dunes was truly magical, and the tranquility of the desert made it feel like a dream. But the highlight of our stay? The off-road ITV adventure! Riding across the dunes in a powerful buggy was an absolute adrenaline rush. The guide was experienced and ensured we had a thrilling yet safe ride, making it one of the best experiences of my life! Evenings at the camp were just as special—delicious traditional food, live Berber music under the stars, and a cozy campfire where we shared stories with fellow travelers. Everything about Aurum Dunes felt authentic, warm, and incredibly well-organized. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of luxury, adventure, and true Moroccan hospitality, this is the place to be.
