The staff were super helpful they made our stay that little bit more special by decorating our room and leaving us a card and rose congratulating us on our 12th year wedding anniversary. It was lovely.

Gorgeous room, great service at the reception, lots of things to do in the Studio City hall, from shopping and eating to the casino. Also very close to the Parisian, Venetian and London hotels each with their own malls, casinos and other things to do.

Everything was top notch, from ultra modern look and facilities to super friendly staff and concierge.
You get a box of fresh fruits and a mini bar with most of the stuffs in it free (beers, soft drinks, biscuits, capsule coffee, etc). They were refilled with every house cleaning 2 happening 2 times a day. You can pair up your phone to the room speakers and enjoy your own musics. The room speakers will create a sort of immersive experience. The room has 2 tablets. With each of them, you can control lights, curtains, blinds, tv and you can order food, get info, etc. All in all, i can say sofar, Morpheus is the best 5 star hotel that i have ever been to.

The good location from the ferry terminal - takes 5 minutes to get on foot with 2 pieces of luggage (with escalators and lifts). The staff made good hospitality. The room was quite spacious with beautiful view in the harbour. Special words needs the huge bath.

We had two adjoining rooms which provided plenty of space as a family of four. Both rooms were clean and spacious, and we probably would have been happy squeezed into just one with an extra bed (for a few days).

All hotel rooms have nice ocean view. The hotel location is very convenient for food and transportation. The hotel front desk staff (Philip) was very helpful and adjusted/shortened my reservation which was affected by a typhoon.

I have stayed in many hotel and this is my favourite. The staff (James and Kitty) were amazing from the moment I checked in. I was given a room upgrade on the 21st floor with amazing views. The location is perfect to see all Macao has to offer in a day and upon checking out, helped me with the right bus to the Macao/Zhuhai bridge to the airport, a journey of 15 mins on the 101X bus, a 1 min walk from the hotel. Must be the best hotel in Macao in my opinion
