beginning, the hospitality was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay even more special. The design of the rooms is simply excellent – every detail was carefully thought out, and it truly shows. Housekeeping service was available at any time of the day, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Chris from the team, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room and overall experience – thanks to him, we even decided to extend our stay for another night. Also, heartfelt thanks to Harry, who made our dinner unforgettable by ensuring our wine glasses were always full and adding an extra touch of warmth to the evening. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and overall, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was smooth, and we were promptly given information about the hotel's amenities and activities. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. I had such a wonderful stay at Artyzen! The in-room dining was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size—perfect after a long day. The room was always spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we entered the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way. Highly recommended!

The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Everything is beyond my expectations. The staff of beyond helpful. The staff name James and Ket are handy and deliver great service. Our room were assigned with great view and given us the great breakfast. Room : Everything designed functionally, room are clean. The room looks spacious. Breakfast: tasty , the restaurant is homey. The juice are yummy.
