Opened in 2004, Sands® Macao is a world-class hotel and entertainment complex with 289 luxury suites. Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan. The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai. Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau.

Located in the heart of Taipa, Altira Macau is conveniently within 2 km to Taipa Houses Museum and the Orient Golf Club. The gentleman who did my check in was just amazing, Ronald, I hope I remember his name right, he gave me an amazing first impression of the hotel, he was professional and very nice, he answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I chose Altira to watch the fireworks on the evening of Lantern Festival. The view from the room was just perfect. The show was magical. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Enjoying beautiful views of Macau City and the Macau Grand Prix Race Track, the stylish Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau offers an outdoor heated pool, spa and free parking. It was a great hotel for a two nights stay in Macau. There is a big spa area with jacuzzi, swimming pool and saunas to relax, as well as some casinos nearby. The hotel is located great to visit all tourist attractions in Macau, but it is not a crowded area around. The amenities in the room were a bit "not 5-star", but the hotel was also not very pricy. The restraunts in the hotel were very good.
