Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Very professional and attentive services even before check-in. Instructions were clear and personalised service when we were unable to locate the lift lobby. Annabale came down to pick us personally. Staff constantly in touch to ensure our comfort through the stay. I applaud the exceptional services and location was great! Room and bathroom were well lit and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very generous with mineral water and soft drinks. Overall, I was impressed by the staff and the property. It was a good value place to stay.

Everything was amazing at this stay. The rooms were so nice and spacious with lockers set away from the beds, the beds had double pillows, towel, top sheet and cover! Just perfect. The showers were clean and had amazing pressure! There were plenty of spaces to chill out and relax or eat. But what sets this stay apart from others is the amazing hospitality! The owner went above and beyond for me. I was unwell for a few days and she came and checked on me every day and sent me messages on WhatsApp in case I needed anything! The kindness was just incredible. Thankyou so much again!

Mami and Captain were really welcoming with us, making us feel at home and having nice chats and food. The cooking was great and they helped us with anything we needed. Starting with upgrading our room to one with a big balcony viewing the nature and a hot tub, they even let us leave our luggage after the checkout so that we could still visit the city before leaving. We had a great time even though we only stayed for one night.

1) Staff was friendly and helpful. 2) Manage to taste their own breakfast meal. 3) Hotel is very near to place we want to go. 4) Accommodation was great with free complimentary bath bomb given by the property. Recommended to stay and sure we will come again

An amazing structure with all the possible facilities to make you fell welcome and relaxed. The communication was great, in different languages, and the breakfast was amazing, as well as the swimming pool.

Friendly staff, easy chec in, clean villa, sprays for bugs and for lizards, good food and on time! Also nice and big rooms with an iron and prayer mat.

Extremely luxurious for a reasonable price. Good location, especially during the Ramadan market which is right on the street. Everything within distance. There is a fridge and kettle, and really nice soap:) Smart automatic curtains and a working big tv with English movie channel and natgeo. Very bright and clean. Very professional personnel. The hotel is pretty new and small, and they really make an effort to accommodate their guests needs. Ended up staying for more than a week… we loved our stay, and came back and stayed again upon return from Sepilok.

Stunning boutique hotel. Everything we needed and so well located, barely 100m from Jonker Walk, but well out of earshot of the bustling night market. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Warm welcome and goodbye. Private parking available. Highly recommended.
