Situated in George Town, 2.8 km from Northam Beach, SAVV HOTEL features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. I've stayed at the SAVV three times - once with my boyfriend on vacation and twice by myself on work trips to Penang. Each time was very pleasant. I especially liked the rooms with big windows and views of the sea and boats. The SAVV is a truly quiet oasis in George Town. It's not too near the bars and restaurants that open late so you can get a good night's sleep. What I loved best is the little pool area which is surrounded by big plants and flowers and the "treehouse." I worked from there many afternoons and it was such a nice environment to work from. The staff were friendly and remembered me from my previous stays.

A real comfortable bed, a nice shower and good internet speed. The entire property is quiet and relaxed. The interior of the hotel, the pool with a large garden bordering with jungle. We enjoyed Bayou the best of all the hotels we stayed at in Malaysia. Breakfasts were great too. It was lovely to sit outside and watch the monkeys climb the tree and cable to cross the street to the next building. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and always smiling big smiles. I will surely go back to this place !
