The location is superb, in the heart of Thamel and meanwhile calm. Everyone in the staff was so kind and accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. The breakfast buffet had delicious variety and the rooftop swimming pool was refreshing and with nice views. I highly appreciate that they had the luggage storage which saved me a lot of hassle moving around with a heavy suitcase after shopping in Thamel :) Thank you a million 🙏🤩✨

Due to the low season, we were upgraded to a bigger room. It was clean and comfortable. Meals were available and quite good - I loved the seasonal juice in the morning. Location was great and very easy to get to/from when going into Thamel. Real Therapy was a great spa that is less then 30sec walk away which was perfect after our trek. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us have a late checkout and store our luggage as we had a very late flight. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are really nice and accommodating. The location itself is very convenient if you prioritise shopping for souviners and there are also a lot of affordable but good restaurants around. The room is clean and comfortable and worth the price.

Was my favourite hotel in whole trip. The staff are super attentive, professional and helpful. They stored my bag while i was trekking which was great. The location is great 5min walk to main street of shops, i felt really safe walking around in the late evening too surprisingly. The restaurant has good food and the ambienance of the garden is so tranquil with a water feature, fairy lights etc. The pool was heated was a great swim, and the spa was sooo nice (10% off in booking) such a bonus to relax before and after trekking.

It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.
