Very nice and respectful guy. He waited until I clear immigration/customs and get my car rental to show me the property (which he didn’t really need to do). The property is great and a much better alternative to the overcrowded resorts. It is cozy and felt like home. The area is a couple of minutes from town. Definitely recommend staying here to really get a feel of the island

Scenic Matavai Resort Niue offers a variety of air-conditioned accommodation options, situated in Niue. Guests can stay in resort rooms with a patio, or balcony with garden or ocean views. The build has two units in each. And the walls are wooden. For the most it was super quiet with quests in the other unit.
