The location is perfect. The Octagon, the university, and many restaurants are an easy walk. The suite was actually an amazing apartment. Very comfortable and incredibly spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

The facility is new with stylish finishing. We stayed at the property twice during our NZ trip. The staff was accommodating, and assisted us with our luggage storage while we went on the TransAlpine tour package. It is a 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. All the three rooms we have stayed had a kitchenettes, with sufficient cooking tools for a light meal. Bed was comfortable.

Ideally set in Christchurch, The Observatory Hotel Christchurch has a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. Breakfast was a decent continental.the coffee in the breakfast room was not as good as the coffee in the conservatory. The room was beautifully designed with all that was needed. The history and beauty of the building have been loving incorporated into the hotel.

We had a fabulous experience at voco Auckland! The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special as it was my birthday celebration. On our two separate stays, we were given beautiful rooms—one overlooking the harbour and another with a stunning bay view of the Sky Tower. Both rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly sized for a couple. A thoughtful gesture was the sweet treats sent up for my birthday, which truly made me feel celebrated. The restaurant, Mozzarella & Co., offered delicious food, and the servers were attentive and warm throughout. Every day of our stay was enjoyable, and the location of the hotel is just perfect—right in a prime spot and very well maintained. Despite our early morning arrival, we were kindly allowed to check in before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Auckland!

The location is excellent; reaching the cathedral and the commercial district within just a 10-minute walk.
