We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

It was such mistaken when I thought I got unauthorized credit card spending in hotel. I really appreciate the staff patient and help! They provide immediately help and clarification for me. It turns out that it was not from hotel spending. Thanks a lot! And the Manger Flora is super nice and friendly!

Room was as beautiful and bright and large as the photos. Staff were as kind as the reviews. Rooftop terrace was very pleasant rain or shine during provided breakfast or also just to take your own meals up to eat and relax. Amenities were everything you could ask for while staying on an ocean vacation. Swim suit dryers, drying racks, dive gear cleaning tub, towels to borrow, laundry services, and super kind and helpful owner. We will definitely be back.

Clean and with all necessities. Very convenient location, right above King Palace restaurant. Far enough from the center of Koror, but still within the walking distance (15 minutes) to restaurants and shopping. The owner, Stephanie, was amazing. Very kind and always willing to help. We stayed here three different times while diving and traveling in the area. They took care of our airport transfer as well. The staff is amazing! They helped with anything and everything, even giving us a ride to another resort for a spa day. Breakfast is outstanding! I had the best omelet I have ever tasted here. Ordered one every morning! Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Wifi is good.Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean. Used the gym, which is small but functional. A/C worked great. Rooms were large with balcony. We paid a bit more for the "sea view" rooms which were very nice! They are located in town and so we could walk to the grocery and some restaurants easily. Canoe restaurant (owned by the hotel) was a great option for food and drinks. Highly, highly suggest for anyone traveling to Palau.
