We had everything we needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. It also included a safety locker, oven, hair dryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, and all the essentials we required. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfect for two people. We would also like to mention Divina, who assisted us throughout our stay. She provided excellent support, including helping us store our luggage before check-in time, and was always attentive to her guests’ needs. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and a lovely stay at this hotel.

The toilet, shower and basins were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was exceptional - we were provided with a note from the person cleaning our room with a special glasses cleaner for use to use as he/she noticed we wore glasses. Nice tough. The restaurants in hotel were amazing. We loved the pool area. There was always a staff member to help with towells and drinks. The staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so polite. It felt like home. We travel a lot and this rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Close to Orchard Road and 200m from MRT. So convenient. Thanks to the entire staff.
