Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Horn Bosphore Hotel! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is truly exceptional—welcoming and always ready to assist. A big thank you to the manager, Medeni, and to Utkan and Majd for their daily support and attention to detail. The service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I had the best stay in Turkey at Hotel Aysima! The hearty breakfast prepared by the hostess was delicious, and the host's attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Their daughter was incredibly nice and welcoming. My mum, who is a doctor and very picky about cleanliness, was impressed by the spotless condition of the place. The hotel also offers a good view and a quiet atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

great welcome, nice decor, clean and well located

Great quiet location just down from the cathedral ruins and the castle. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to Epeshus and super close to good restaurants. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave hotel! The location was perfect for the many activities we had planned for our stay in the land of "fairy chimneys." The staff was extremely accommodating in helping to show us how to get around and gave us many suggestions on places we may enjoy visiting. I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff truly made the difference in our stay in Istanbul. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always making things smooth and greeting us with a smile. While all the reception team and Mohamed were wonderfully kind, I have to say the cats, Osman and Princess, really stood out. They made us feel even more welcomed and at home (this is coming from a dog person) The hotel is just a 5min walk from Galata Tower and offers beautiful views of the Golden Horn and Istanbul’s historic side. Our room had a balcony, which made the experience even more special, allowing us to soak in the city’s history right from our stay.

Wow, what an experience! So unique and authentic, a stay here is a must for a complete Cappadocia experience. We particularly liked how quiet and elegant 4 Oda and its neighborhood were, unlike the hectic, buzzy Goreme. The king suite cave is truly special. From comfortable, spacious beds, to the cacoon feel of the cave, and the perfect room temperature no matter the weather - you will never sleep better. And in the morning - the tastiest breakfast we’ve had in Turkey: freshly made and always featuring a simple but tasty local specialty. The owner Sami is incredibly polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful in providing great tips for local dining or a perfect day’s itinerary. All in all, an amazing stay to remember and return to - we definitely will be!
