Fantastic little hotel, ideal location and just a 5 min taxi from the centre of Tashkent. The staff are exceptional - so friendly and will go out of their way to help in any way they can, especially Murod, the overall hotel and rooms are spotless - absolute bonus is having 24/7 access to the gym and swimming pool next door which is a high end gym, very fancy - all in all a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend!

First impression was very nice, nice Building, nice interior! We had a very warm Welcome from the owner of the Hotel. He lives with his Family in the ground Floor and there are only 7 rooms for visitors. Breakfast was also very nice and the Hotel is situated very central in khiva! The rooms were big and we had a Terrace

All good. Location is walking distance to both central bazaar and Ark of Bukhara (entrance to all main attraction in the city). Great staff and very accommodating. New hotel (opened 6 months ago), with all new equipment and furniture. Great selection of breakfast buffet. Low occupancy hotel with at least 16 rooms and 2 family rooms. I like the salad on breakfast menu! Hotel admin will call you in advance asking if they could help on with anything, and on the check in day itself asking your whereabouts and if you need any help! Superb! What you see on the picture is exactly what you’ll get

Fantastic place with very attentive staff. It's simple but the staff takes care of you and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and it is just renovated. There is a rich breakfast and they have very flexible policies great for people that are here on business trips and don't have fixed timetables. They gave me an upgrade without me asking and the room was very spacious! The manager speaks fluent English and is very welcoming.

The facility is cosy, clean and had beautiful interior. The location is just perfect: a few min of walk from Lyabi Hauz but really quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety. The staff were kind and helpful which was the best about this hotel!

Returning to this property over and over again - absolutely great! Location is best for my business, staff is super professional and polite, breakfast is great, the hotel accommodates are sufficient and the room is spacious and comfortable.
