The hotel manager and staffs were very friendly from check in to check out, with a good spread of breakfast as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area is solely by appointment only and it will be your own private use within the appointment duration.

This hotel is so close to the airport and will arrange transfers for anytime. We stayed for two separate nights while we traveled to Khiva and nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.. We arrived at 12.30am for one stay and had to leave at 2.45am on the other stay. Rooms are big, clean, soft beds, hot showers, delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
