The hotel is lovely, from the cozy lobby, to the terrace, to the comfortable and tastefully decorated guest rooms. The hotel staff was AMAZING, helping us with dinner arrangements and breakfast recommendations, and connecting us with a trusted driver to take us to Colonia Tovar the following day. I cannot remember receiving better service at a hotel, even at many times the price we paid here.
