Good location and operating system. Staff are superb and attentive, plus points for the friendly service. The room is clean and spacious to compare with the other hotels in the old quarters, beautiful decorations with 3D picture of attractions. Breakfast is amazing, love “Pho”. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time here and extended our stay multiple times. The staff were fantastic especially the reception team Yen, Han(?) and Tai (sorry if we got any names wrong!). Every member of staff were friendly and welcoming

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel M. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pools on the upper floor offer a beautiful view, and I also appreciate the wide breakfast menu and the helpful staff.

The service is very good, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Overall, it’s worth the money — totally recommended.

Situated in the centre of Hanoi, Hanoi Ancient Paradise Hotel is located 300 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate and less than 1 km from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Despite the lobby is kind of small, you just walk up about 10 steps and the space is different.
