This was our second extended stay at La Terraza Hotel. My mom and I enjoyed a three-week stay around Christmas last year, and returned for nearly two weeks this May/June. La Terrazza continues to impress as an outstanding hotel. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's restaurant is a standout in its own right, offering delicious food served by a top-notch team. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, displaying genuine warmth and attentiveness. Also worth mentioning, room service exceeded our expectations. Our studio room felt like a home away from home, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, two comfortable rooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony. The attention to detail from everyone involved made our stay truly memorable.

Beach is of 2 minutes walk. You can feel as a family member in this hotel. It's a small peace of heaven. I would highly recommend it for stay. Definitely, will come here again!

The entire hotel was impeccably clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. What impressed us most was the kindness and dedication of the staff. Everyone was friendly and always eager to help. When our fridge unexpectedly stopped working and I needed to keep my medication cool, they immediately offered a solution and let me use the restaurant fridge—even in the evening. This thoughtful support made us feel very well cared for. All in all, an excellent stay in every way. We left with only positive impressions and will very happily return.

Completely outclasses everything else in the entire area. There is no competition, you get by far superior quality and service here and the location is amazing with its own beach. Nothing can compare, definitely worth all of its money. Can only really compare it to Marina Gate Hotel which is also great but Marina Gate is pretty far from the Karpaz Golden Areas. Without a doubt Blue Sea takes the throne for the best hotel / accommodation in the area. I highly recommend it, we loved it. MAKE SURE YOU TRY THE PINA COLADA!!!
