It's a very new and beautifully finished hotel with incredibly friendly staff. There is one pool near the garden which is very refreshing and a pool on the roof near the spa which is quite hot.
I heard none of the neighbours during the night and the beds are quite firm which I personally find very comfortable I would certainly recommend staying here.

In a beautiful location next to the Zambezi river. Zebras and giraffes wandering the grounds. Hotel residents have free access to the national park where you can walk along a path with excellent view of Victoria falls. We stayed in February and the falls on the Zambia side were very impressive and although it was misty this didn’t obscure the views.

The location is very nice, in a quiet area. The hotel is very new and facilities are excellent. Good breakfast. Jack and Paxina were exceptional in their customer service. As well as all the other staff who made our stay comfortable. We will certainly come back again.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely garden and swimming pool that make for a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.
Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind.
