The decor is very beautiful, with art displayed everywhere and unique furniture pieces here and there. The staff was extremely helpful, making our stay very easy. They were all so kind, which I learned is a typical Zambian trait. Food was nice, rooms were heavenly.

Their service is par excellence. Their staff is very well trained and they ensure that their customers go back happy. I am definitely going back to this property again the next chance i get. I want to especially thank Aristya for her superb care , she took me around to the mall to give me an orientation of the place while i was new and also helped me get a sim. I also want to acknowledge Anita who got me a single woman gift pack! I had my birthday while i was there and i was sent a birthday cake by the hotel management! The property is central and the mall close to it is also lovely.
