Fantastic hotel close to Andorra city center. Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

The rooms were exceptional. Just like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is close by a main shopping pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Andorra's restaurants closes early, but we could find at least 3 options to have dinner that stayed open till 11pm. For €10 was had a free buffet breakfast. There was a variety of options from fruits, cheeses, and sweet pastry and all that one might feel like eating. IMPORTANT: They had different options for vegan milks. That was amazing because 2 of us are lactose intolerant. The staff is super friendly and at your service at all times. Especially Sonia.

Breakfast is great! Location is perfect, especially for the Caldea Spa. The sitting area in the lobby is so nice especially the fire area. It's a bonus to have the bar in the same area too.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Suites Plaza Hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel went out of its way to welcome us - providing us with a free suite upgrade, complimentary champagne and goodbye gifts.
