It was a great and unforgettable experience staying in this place! I would like to highlight the level of professionalism of the hotel staff - 5 from 5! Literally the entire staff is very polite, caring, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mary at the reception desk. The sunglasses cleaning specialists and the bird hunter with the falcon really surprised and delighted us - this is truly a feature of such a high-level hotel.
