Wow I enjoyed everything about the hotel. However what stood out for me was your staff and their hospitality. With special reference to Mr Iqbal and Shadab they were exceptionally outstanding with their hospitality. They were willing and ready to assist at all times. They made my stay very enjoyable and with them I am pleased to announce that me and my family will definitely make Copthorne our first choice. The guy who also cleaned my room performed outstandingly well. I will rate him with an excellent performance I believe his name is Asha I’m not sure I got the spelling correctly.
