A fantastic hotel that deserves all the praise, the location is excellent, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, the standards are at the highest level, the cleaning is perfect with all the praise for the lady who cleaned our room. Pure perfection and a dream vacation, there is no fault with this hotel. And the swimming pool is just as good, what can you say, you have to come and see for yourself, you won't regret it.

Very smooth checkin. Beautiful location. Staff and the butler team were great and welcoming. The e butler service was really useful. Room was upgraded to an ocean view/access. Room was spacious. Service at the beach was excellent. The abra/boat ride is relaxing and beautiful. The happy hour was a cool touch. Beach was great and private.

I celebrated my birthday there with my friends in a junior suite. With canals, gondolas, and peacocks, the hotel looks more like an Arab sand castle than typical Dubai architecture. The room (and the hotel itself) was superbly decorated for the holiday season, with plenty of water, fruit and even cake provided on my birthday. On the beach and by the pool there were free SPFs. Another nice touch is the free ice cream. Other than that, everything was as expected from a luxury hotel in Dubai.
