We stayed with my family of 4 for a week , we had a great time and everything went exactly as we were hoping for , the staff were super friendly , professional and helpful , especially Mr.Ahmed at the reception and Mr.bahador at the concierge but overall all the staff were so helpful if we needed anything . The level of cleanliness of the rooms were excellent and our rooms and beds were so comfortable , would highly recommend this hotel , the pool and the beach are perfect too .
