My stay in One & Only Mirage Royal was simply perfect. I know the industry very well, and I am a very picky guest, especially concerning cleanliness. I alerted the hotel in advance and the result was simply outstanding. The attention to details they had with the room was exceptional, I stayed 4 days and not even once I found something wrong. Bed sheets and towels were always white and clean, the bathroom was always shining, not even a spot on the mirror, glasses nor cups, simply amazing! Housekeeping even left a flowers bouquet and a note which made me feel taken care! In general the hotel is great, perfect location, elegant, a lot of options in terms of restaurants, and the service is impeccable. People working in the hotel always have a smile and they are always happy to help. Ah yes, and the sunset at Jetty lounge is just a no miss ! Thank you to this beautiful hotel and the Resort Manager who is guiding such a great team under his leadership, with attention to details which makes this hotel unique! It was my second time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again!
