The bartender, Mauricio, is a lovely personal. We had a wonderful evening after arriving late and tired (our flight had been delayed 3 hours) eating some small plates and drinking nice wine. After 5 minutes talking to Mauricio you feel that you’ve been friends for years. He also takes care that breakfast is well organized and remembers the names of all guests.

The property is located on a hill with a great view. From the main floor where several sofas are, one can see the lake and the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great heating. The staff: Natasha, Dani and Antonio were outstanding… always ready to help in any way one needed. Breakfast is served since 6:15 AM which is great because the tours starts quite early . The selection is fantastic with pastries and fruits. Over all a great place to stay in El Calafate.Highly recommended!

I have stayed here twice now. The spa and pool are a plus. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well staffed. Breakfast was good but not great.
