Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host. Very stylish and comfortable hotel. The room was pristine, spacious and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet location close to Belvedere and 20 minutes on foot to the city centre. The hotel has a very convenient undergraound parking for those travelling by car. Very nice pool 😊 The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

So nice and clean apartments, we had three and they all were decorated in different ways and colors. Perfect location near sights, shops, parks and the beautiful old town. Staff was extremely helpful, polite and available. The elevator is something very special and precious :)

Very comfortable hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and I would recommend trying the ‘Taste of Imperial Vienna’ evening meal too.
