I loved everything about The Guesthouse. The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to what we wanted to visit. The rooms were also wonderful. However, the staff were the best thing about the stay. They were so friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable apartment/studio with small kitchenette, including coffee machine. Very clean, and every day you have room service. Situated in the centre of town, but not noisy. Next time visit to Wien will stay in this hotel.

I could not get enough of this hotel as everything was just so nice! The room was BIG for a solo traveler, and so was the bathroom, the tub, the space - it was like a studio apartment I could live in it! Hotel design was chic, very Victorian, and has so much history. Location - it was right smack in the middle of the city centre, so food and shopping options are aplenty. Tourist attractions were also very near the area (the Opera, St Stephen Cathedral, the Hofburg, Albertina). I asked for suggestions re dinner places (as I went on my birthday), and the staff went beyond by giving me a list to choose from! Unlike the usual practice of directing people to touristy spots, they suggested places (some, hole-in-the-wall ones) offering authentic Viennese delights. Managed to visit two of them (both were great!); the others were either packed to the brim when I tried to visit or they were closed for the day.

Behind the Wilhelmshof's classical façade you will find a modern, family-run hotel with non-smoking rooms.
