It was very wonderful stay - all staffs are very friendly and helpful(one of the staff kindly gave me good tips for trekking and cable car when I asked), the room was well decorated and very clean. There were the essential stuff like a kettle, cups, plates, teas, hair dryer, and soap etc in the room :) The breakfast was really great! I didn’t expect this perfect buffet - Breads, spreads, salami, salmon, yogurt, egg scramble, fresh juices, coffee etc… All were good. On top of that the breakfast place was very cozy and has stunning view. The location was also very convenient as the bus stop is just 1 min away from the hotel and only takes 15 mins to go to Innsbruck city centre. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountain view & countryside environment but still be close to city centre, this hotel is the perfect to you. If you stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend to walk to Liftstüberl Birgitz restaurant as it has stunning panoramic view - one of the most beautiful view in Innsbruck :) I attached the photos. And the hotel gave me a cute soap as a souvenir when I check out. I’d definitely come back again! Thank you so much

Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

I have to tell that we simply have been over the moon impressed by Lady Isolde. She was one of the most wonderful host that we have ever met during all our stays. She offered us all the help and info we needed, all with a warm smile on her face. The breakfast was amazing, with a nice range of fruits, as well as many other products of good quality, all in a cozy atmosphere. Also, the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, with a walking distance parking. All together, it was a very good experience. And, wait, did I mentioned the wonderful host? :)
