I was there on a birthday and they prepared a slice of cake with a candle in the room. I t was really nice of them. Also, the room had a nice view to the mountains.

All staff were super friendly. Loved the breakfast, everything was there and eggs or pancakes were cooked to order. Location was excellent, opposite the trams and buses and only a moment to walk to the city centre. Good work guys!

we got an upgrade to junior suite with iut own whirlpool in the room. the relaxing area was nice including a sauna, infrared cabin, water bath. the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh, fresh fruits, homemade smoothies and also vegan friendly. top located to the bus station and many hiking paths starts straight in front of the door.

The hotel is super great. Great location to everywhere. The staff are so nice. The breakfast buffet is so great with lots of variety and great quality. I really enjoyed having breakfast there, especially the juice, coffee, hot chocolate, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, and fresh cold water in the hot summer time. The fridge in the room is cold and big enough. The hotel is also great for kids. I highly recommend it.
