This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. I booked online without doing much research. Upon arriving I realized that I made a great choice! The hotel is extremely conveniently located. Everything was top notch service and high end. My room fee came with breakfast and dinner. Both being fantastic. While you are there you keep the same table at all times. The Apre Ski scene is what Ischgl is known for, and it does not disappoint. You can start in the hotel's own bar and proceed on to Trofana for a massive Apre Ski experience. The ski rentals and main Gondola is a stone throw's away and clean and professional. The runs are clearly marked with color and number. All around it was a great ski hotel and vacation.

The bike room was excellent - secure, ventilated and spacious with racks on which many bikes could be hanged. Breakfast was decent, standard buffet affair.

The location is very central to the lift. You can purchase ski passes at the front desk. Snowboard storage was in the same vicinity where you can also rent equipment. This coupled with the really friendly staff.
