Beautiful apartment, close to the UGA lift. It even had 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, which was great for the 6 of us. Initially a bit short on glasses, but when I mentioned this to Kevin, he told me to just take some from the breakfast area. We could leave our cars after check-out, went skiing and changed in the hotel when we returned. Great service, very much appreciated !! We left our ski's and boots in the locker at Uga and walked from Alpinresort. Just a short walk.

I stayed here for one night with a friend. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The wellness area was a particular highlight, with saunas and a relaxing lounge area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was fantastic for us - directly connected to cross-country skiing tracks and winter hiking trails. There were also several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The hotel offers a late check-out option, which we used to enjoy the wellness facilities even on our departure day.

Sonne Mellau – time to feel good. This adults only hotel promises luxury and tranquility. An exclusive spa area with various saunas, indoor and outdoor pools and a garden invites you to relax.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

I had a superb experience at the hotel! It truly excels at creating an authentic local vibe with a relaxed luxury ambiance. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the personalized service. Pleasant ambient jazz music plays in the hotel and with a gentle air freshener creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is helpful, attentive and professional. I especially want to mention the breakfast - this was the best breakfast offer I have seen for a very long time, and I travel a lot! The people involved in the breakfasts are doing a great job! (If someone complains about the price - the price is completely reasonable, you have dozens and dozens of options for a salty or sweet breakfast, hot or cold, healthy or unhealthy - the buffet is super fresh and the dishes are tempting to look at) The room (n°47) was absolutely perfectly cleaned, top-notch cleanliness without a single speck awaited us, it can be seen that the maids are extremely careful, we owe them our big thanks for the beautifully prepared room! The room itself is bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are fragrant. Valentina and Phillipa 🪻cosmetics is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect choice for hotel guests. For the first time in my life I was so excited for a hotel body wash&lotion. It smells like heaven! I can absolutely recommend this hotel, they take good care of you here and spoil you with small attentions!🥰 (I have to give a small tiny little insignificant minus to the type of door to the toilet in the room)
