Room/bathroom was big, modern, stylish. Location exceptional, beautiful mountain valley. Really enjoyed opened pools. Dinner and breakfast was exceptional. Thought that price for one night was very high, but it was worth the value.

Outstanding hospitality. Exceptional breakfast and dinner in a well-designed restaurant. Great location, quiet yet not too far from shops and the skiing resort. Nice bar for relaxing in the evening.

Perfect location (away from loud bars but still very close to gondolas), comfortable apartment, most things are either new or well maintained, staff very helpful and responded quickly, there is also an opportunity to use spa facilities in the sister hotels (which we didn’t use, but was good to have it). We really enjoyed our stay.

A nice concept, comfortable apart hotel concept in Solden. The dauna and SPA big plus for the location!

A Casa Residenz is situated in the scenic Ötz Valley. The ski bus stops just 20 metres from the house, while Giggijochbahn Cable Car lies 500 metres away.
