One of the quietest and comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in Absolutely perfect, from late-night check-in via a code, to a large comfortable bed, decent internet, hot shower, and modern room in general, with a balcony, I could not recommend this hotel more.

Beautifully decorated, very luxurious. The tram stops outside. The staff were fantastic, who went the extra mile. Our room was lovely with everything you need including a private balcony.

Room was comfortable. Kitchen was well-supplied and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful. Location is great for downtown visiting and catching the free trams. Melbourne is one of the friendliest cities on the planet.
